Well friends its that time again in the life of a band! We wanted to be sure to update everyone as to the progress of the new record we’ve been squeaking about for the past few months. While we are a couple of weeks away from official announcements we thought we would at least fill you in on everything else possible to keep you in the loop.

First, we are very excited that it is done! It is being made into hundreds and hundreds of obsolete little discs as we speak. The artwork was all conceived of by the band again, with photos used from our recent Ontario tour. Loves it.

Second, we are happy to announce that we have contracted with Ken Beattie and Killbeat Music to handle all of our publicity needs. Killbeat is in our opinion the best in the industry in our country, and super people, who also like our music. Seems perfect.

Third, we have been filming a very simple ‘rockumentary’ about the making of the record which we are hoping to complete in the next month or so and we’ll announce the various ways we plan to get that out into the public.

Fourth, (this could take a while), we are in the early creative stages of planning a video for the first release. If any of you know killer video people (videographers?) to work with that love music so much they don’t think about money, let us know. We could totally use the referrals at this point.

Fifth, we will be making tour announcements very soon, for across Canada in September and October, so call your relatives and friends and warm up the spare beds for us.

Sixth, you are awesome. Don’t listen to what they are saying about you. We think you’re great.
